- Product Measurements: The hungry, hungry Hippo purse measures at 14 inches from rump to tooth, 11 inches from nose to toe, and 22 inches in circumference.
- This hippo bag has leather handles long enough to drape from the elbow and they are attached to sturdy, gold hardware/d-rings. This hippo handbag comes with a detachable crossbody/shoulder strap that is adjustable in length up to 132cm long, which can be clipped to any of the four d-rings.
- Hippolyta has a cotton lining to take advantage of the internal shape of the bag. This hippo bag is large enough to fit your wallet, a clutch of keys, a very large phone, those three red lipsticks you've always got in your handbag, and that random packet of doodads you know will come in handy one day!
- Now to introduce our favourite feature of this cute hippo handbag! The hippo's tongue is a very cleverly designed, hidden-in-plain-sight coin purse!
Hippolyta Hipo II Bag is lovingly crafted by hand by weavers in the Philippines. As such, each and every bag will have minor differences, whether it's in the wicker, leather work, or other finishings. These are not faults, but rather a signature of hand craftsmanship from natural materials.

Australian Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders over $300
- Flat rate of $15 on orders under $300
- Need it sooner? Express postage is available for an additional fee — simply select this option at checkout
- We ship via Australia Post Parcel Post, including large or bulky items
Delivery Timeframes Australian deliveries typically arrive within 3–10 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow its journey.
💡 If you won't be home during business hours, we recommend using your work address to make sure someone's there to receive it!

International Delivery
We ship to a range of international destinations! If your country is available, it will appear as a delivery option at checkout. If you don't see your country listed, we may not currently ship there — but you're welcome to get in touch at info@shoefun.com.au and we'll see what we can do.
Please note that all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
A few things to know about international orders:
- International shipping is charged at a flat rate per order
- Due to package size restrictions, we're unable to pack more than 4 pairs or items per order
- International delivery can take up to 3–4 weeks
Shipping to the UK We ship to the UK on orders over £135 (approximately $270 AUD) before postage, in line with post-Brexit requirements. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the purchaser's responsibility.
Shipping to the USA We are not currently shipping or marketing to the United States.

Returns & Exchanges
At Shoe Fun, buying online should be a joy — and that includes the returns process. Here's everything you need to know.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must:
- Have been purchased within the last 14 days
- Be unworn, undamaged, and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging or shoe box
Once we receive your return, we'll assess it and let you know if it's eligible. Please include your proof of purchase and order number with your return.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, we'll do our best to send you a replacement. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email from us once this has been processed.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
We're not able to offer refunds for incorrect size choice or change of mind, but we're happy to arrange an exchange or store credit instead.
Return Postage
Return postage is at your cost, unless the item is faulty.
Store Credits
Unless an item is faulty, returns are eligible for store credit only.
Sale & Discounted Items
Discounted & Sale Items We're happy to offer exchanges or store credits on discounted and sale items. This doesn't apply to Clearance items (see below).
Outlet & Clearance Items Clearance items are final sale — no exchanges, refunds, or store credits. An item is considered Clearance if it's marked as such, listed in the Clearance collection, or noted as Clearance in the product description.
Order & Pre-Order Cancellations
A 10% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders and pre-orders.
Tips for Trying On Shoes
We want you to love your shoes — and to be able to return them if needed! To keep them in returnable condition while you try them on:
- Try shoes on carpet to protect the soles
- Pop on a stocking to avoid marking the lining
- Handle light-coloured materials with clean, dry hands
