Discounted & Sale Items We're happy to offer exchanges or store credits on discounted and sale items. Please note this doesn't apply to Clearance items (see below).
Outlet & Clearance Items Clearance items are final sale β no exchanges, refunds, or store credits. An item is considered Clearance if it's marked as such, listed in the Clearance collection, or noted as Clearance in the product description.
How the Discount Works Your discount applies automatically at cart β no code needed! Just add items to your cart to see the price update. The discount also applies to items already on sale. If the discount doesn't appear when you add something to your cart, that item isn't included in the sale.
Please note that Clearance pricing is only available online and isn't available at our Fremantle Showroom.
Shipping & Order Processing During sale periods, a few things are a little different:
- Express postage isn't available on sale items
- Click & Collect from our Fremantle Showroom isn't available during the sale
- Orders can't be combined for postage β we process on a first in, first out basis
Our whole team will be working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow a little extra time for processing during busy sale periods. We appreciate your patience β we promise we're moving as fast as we can!
