Returns & Exchanges

At Shoe Fun, we want to make the experience of buying online fun. So don't worry if you get the size wrong or what you ordered just isn't how you thought it would be, as we have a very easy returns and exchanges policy.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, please ensure the item:

  • is purchased within the last 21 days.
  • has not been worn, damaged or used.
  • is in it's original condition, and
  • is in the original packaging or shoe box.

When you return the item to us, we will then determine if is is eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if:

  • The return was made after 21 days.
  • It's worn, damaged or used.
  • It's not in it's original shoe box or packaging.

Refunds will be returned back to the original source of payment. We will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

AFTERPAY, KLARNA & ZIP ... We will offer a store credit only for Afterpay, Klarna & ZIP Purchases

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ... We will offer a store credit only on Sale & Promotional Items. A Sale Item is any item that is NOT Full Price.

OUTLET SALES ... All outlet Sales are FINAL unless faulty. Do NOT return Outlet Items as the return will not be processed.

ORDERS & PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS ... A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged.

Tips for Trying on Shoes:

  • Try Shoes on carpet to avoid damaging the soles.
  • Consider using a stocking to prevent damage.
  • Use clean hands with light coloured materials.

Prior to Returning or Exchanging an item, its a good idea contact us at This way we can put aside another size for an exchange if it's available, and so that we know that it's on it's way.
