Returns & Exchanges
At Shoe Fun, we want to make the experience of buying online fun. We will happily exchange any items that are not the perfect fit (excluding sale items).
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please ensure the item:
- is purchased within the last 14 days.
- has not been worn, damaged or used.
- is in it's original condition, and
- is in the original packaging or shoe box.
When you return the item to us, we will then determine if is is eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Please provide proof of purchase and your order number with your return.
If you have received an item that is faulty, we will do our best to provide you with a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be made.
Unfortunately we cannot refund due to incorrect choice or size, however we will happily offer an exchange or store credit.
You will need to cover the postage cost of returned items (unless faulty).
Refunds (if applicable) will be returned back to the original source of payment. We will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
We will offer a store credit only on returns, unless faulty
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ... No exchanges or refund on Sale items. A Sale Item is any item that is NOT Full Price. All Sale purchases are FINAL.
ORDERS & PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS ... A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged.
Tips for Trying on Shoes:
- Try Shoes on carpet to avoid damaging the soles.
- Consider using a stocking to prevent damage.
- Use clean hands with light coloured materials.
