Australian Delivery:

  • Free Delivery for Orders over $250
  • A flat rate of $15 will be charged for orders under $250

Things to know about your Delivery:

  • Shoe Fun uses Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post for delivery guidance for delivery timelines. 
  • Tracking numbers are emailed on dispatch of your order.
  • It's a good idea to use a delivery address that will be attended from the hours of 9am to 5pm - so if you are at work, it might be best to have your order sent there!
  • Please expect small delay's during peak Sales events on Sale Items during to high volume of Sales

International Delivery:

The website will currently accept international online orders from the following countries:

  • Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States

Please note that we will not vary the customs declaration amount, so please do not ask us to!

International Shipping is a flat rate per order. Please note however, that due to shipping package size restrictions we are unable to pack more than 4 pairs / items per postage charge / order.

If you would like us to consider shipping to another country outside Australia not listed here, please email us at info@shoefun.com.au

We package orders immediately for dispatch, however International Delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.

All international customs and/or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Shipping to the UK:

Yes, we will ship to the UK providing the order total is over 135 UK Pounds (around $270 AUD) before postage, to comply with Brexit rules. You may incur duties and taxes on arrival of your delivery which will be your responsibility. The postage cost will be $39 AUD. 

Hot Chocolate Design / Chocolaticas: Please Note, due to licencing restrictions we can NOT send this product to the UK, Canada, NZ or South Africa.


To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, please ensure the item:

  • is purchased within the last 14 days.
  • has not been worn, damaged or used.
  • is in it's original condition/packaging (includes Shoe Box for Shoes)

We will then determine if a product is is eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

We reserve the right to decline a refund, exchange or store credit, if it is not within our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Approved refunds will be returned back to the original source of payment. We will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

We will offer a store credit only on returns, unless faulty.

SALE, PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ... All Discounted Sales are FINAL unless faulty. Any item that is not full price at Sale is a Discounted Item. Do NOT return Sale or Promotional Items as the return will not be processed.

ORDERS & PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS ... A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged.
