Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Purchased within the last 14 days
- Unworn, undamaged, and unused
- In its original condition and packaging (including the shoe box)
Once we receive your return, we'll assess it against our policy and let you know the outcome. We reserve the right to decline an exchange or store credit if the item doesn't meet these conditions.
Please note that store credit is offered on returns, unless the item is found to be faulty.
Faulty Items
If your item is found to be faulty, we'll process a refund back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email from us once your refund has been processed. Please note that choosing the wrong size isn't considered a fault.
Sale, Promotional & Discounted Items
Discounted & Sale Items We're happy to offer exchanges or store credits on discounted and sale items. This doesn't apply to Clearance items (see below).
Outlet & Clearance Items Clearance items are final sale — no exchanges, refunds, or store credits. An item is considered Clearance if it's marked as such, listed in the Clearance collection, or noted as Clearance in the product description.

Order & Pre-Order Cancellations
Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee applies to cancelled orders and pre-orders.
International Orders
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping to the United States We are not currently shipping to the United States
Shipping to the United Kingdom We ship to the UK on orders over £135 (approximately $270 AUD) before postage, in line with post-Brexit requirements. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival and will be the purchaser's responsibility.
Please note that due to licensing restrictions, Hot Chocolate Design / Chocolaticas products cannot be shipped to the UK, Canada, New Zealand, or South Africa.
