RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please ensure the item:

• is purchased within the last 14 days.
• has not been worn, damaged or used.
• is in it's original condition/packaging (includes Shoe Box for Shoes)

We will then determine if a product is is eligible for a exchange or store credit.

We reserve the right to decline an exchange or store credit, if it is not within our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If a product is considered Faulty a Refund will be done. Approved refunds will be returned back to the original source of payment. We will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Incorrect Size Choice is not considered a Fault.

We will offer a store credit only on returns, unless faulty.

SALE, PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All Discounted Sales are FINAL unless faulty. Any item that is not full price at Sale is a Discounted Item. Do NOT return Sale, Promotional or Outlet Items as the return will not be processed.

ORDERS & PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS ... A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international customs and/or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Shipping to the United States:

Please note that all customs / duties / tariff charges are the repsonsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping to the UK:

Yes, we will ship to the UK providing the order total is over 135 UK Pounds (around $270 AUD) before postage, to comply with Brexit rules. You may incur duties and taxes on arrival of your delivery which will be your responsibility. The postage cost will be $39 AUD.
