FREE DELIVERY for all purchases over $300 in Australia.

At Shoe Fun we understand how important it is to get your beautiful items quickly after you have purchased them.  So as soon as you complete your purchase, your order will be dispatched ASAP!  

Australian Delivery:

• Delivery is FREE over $300.
• A flat rate of $15 will be charged for orders under $300.
• Shoe Fun uses Australia Post Parcel Post, including large bulky items
• We deliver to PO Boxes.
• Please email us at fun@shoefun.com.au if you have any queries regarding delivery.

Things to know about your Delivery:

• Shoe Fun uses Australia Post, so delivery should be between 3-10 days for Australian Deliveries.
• When your order is dispatched you will receive and email from us with an Australia Post Tracking number.
• If you want to see where your order is, go to www.australiapost.com.au/track and enter your tracking number.
• It's a good idea to use a delivery address that will be attended from the hours of 9am to 5pm - so if you are at work, it might be best to have your order sent there!

International Delivery:

The website will currently accept international online orders from the following countries:

• Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

If you would like us to consider shipping to another country outside Australia not listed here, please email us at info@shoefun.com.au

International Shipping is a flat rate per order. Please note however, that due to shipping package size restrictions we are unable to pack more than 4 pairs / items per postage charge / order.

We package orders immediately for dispatch, however International Delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.

For our Friends in New Zealand, we have reduced our Shipping Rates to $25

All international customs and/or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Shipping to the United States:

We are NOT currently shipping or marketing to the USA

Please note that all customs / duties and tariffs are to be paid by the purchaser

Shipping to the UK:

Yes, we will ship to the UK providing the order total is over 135 UK Pounds (around $270 AUD) before postage, to comply with Brexit rules. You may incur duties and taxes on arrival of your delivery which will be your responsibility. 

SALE / DISCOUNT DELIVERY TIMES

At Shoe Fun we very rarely have sales, but when we do they are AMAZING!!! During Peak Sales Times there maybe delays on delivery times due to the high volumes. Please be patient with us!

Returns & Exchanges

At Shoe Fun, buying online should be a joy — and that includes the returns process. Here's everything you need to know.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must:

• Have been purchased within the last 14 days
• Be unworn, undamaged, and unused
• Be in its original condition
• Be in its original packaging or shoe box

Once we receive your return, we'll assess it and let you know if it's eligible. Please include your proof of purchase and order number with your return.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, we'll do our best to send you a replacement. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email from us once this has been processed.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

We're not able to offer refunds for incorrect size choice or change of mind, but we're happy to arrange an exchange or store credit instead.

Return Postage

Return postage is at your cost, unless the item is faulty.

Store Credits

Unless an item is faulty, returns are eligible for store credit only.

Sale & Discounted Items

Discounted & Sale Items We're happy to offer exchanges or store credits on discounted and sale items. This doesn't apply to Clearance items (see below).

Outlet & Clearance Items Clearance items are final sale — no exchanges, refunds, or store credits. An item is considered Clearance if it's marked as such, listed in the Clearance collection, or noted as Clearance in the product description.

Tips for Trying On Shoes

We want you to love your shoes — and to be able to return them if needed! To keep them in returnable condition while you try them on:

• Try shoes on carpet to protect the soles
• Pop on a stocking to avoid marking the lining
• Handle light-coloured materials with clean, dry hands
